One more week until the BIG day … Valentines Day that is. Do you love it? Hate it? Somewhere in between? I can’t say I’m a crazy, sappy fan, but I think any day devoted to celebrating love is a good thing.
Well it was bound to happen sooner or later … winter’s arrival in Calgary. And boy did it arrive with a vengeance! I suppose we were long over due, but that doesn’t make it any less painful.
The deep freeze did however give me the incentive to take it easy this weekend, all non urgent errands were put off until things warm up. And instead, I stayed in, read and found so much inspiration around the web for this weeks Tuesday 10.
I love a white, bright space just as much as the next designer. But lately, I find myself craving a little more colour on the walls. It might be because the 2019 paint trends are right up my alley. Inspired by nature, tones of stone, earth, forest and sky reign supreme. The overall affect is a soothing and elegant palette that works in everything from kitchens to bedrooms to bathroom. I’m sharing some of my favourites below.
