I don’t think there is a cookie recipe that screams Spring or Easter more than these Lemon Cheesecake Cookies! They are divinely fluffy, zesty and oh so easy! Your loved ones are sure to devour them!
I love entertaining friends and family. There is nothing that makes my soul smile more than coming together for a gorgeous meal, while laughing, catching up and reminiscing. Truly what life is all about!
Part of my love of entertaining comes from my excitement for creating unique and in this case playful table settings. After all, the table setting sets the tone for the meal and can often be a great conversation piece. Since I’m doing a cozy Easter Brunch this year, I thought I would keep the look fun and playful.
Not much of a beer drinker, my New Jersey fake ID only ever got used to buy more refined alcoholic drinks, but I could not resist trying this Chocolate Guinness Cake. It is magnificent. Although you can’t taste the stout per se, it certainly does give the cake a slight bitterness and it’s decadent nearly black colour.
