Well it was bound to happen sooner or later … winter’s arrival in Calgary. And boy did it arrive with a vengeance! I suppose we were long over due, but that doesn’t make it any less painful.
The deep freeze did however give me the incentive to take it easy this weekend, all non urgent errands were put off until things warm up. And instead, I stayed in, read and found so much inspiration around the web for this weeks Tuesday 10.
I love a white, bright space just as much as the next designer. But lately, I find myself craving a little more colour on the walls. It might be because the 2019 paint trends are right up my alley. Inspired by nature, tones of stone, earth, forest and sky reign supreme. The overall affect is a soothing and elegant palette that works in everything from kitchens to bedrooms to bathroom. I’m sharing some of my favourites below.
How are we into the last week of January?? Normally January drags. Normally weeks last forever and it isn’t until March that time speeds up. But 2019 is different. January has flown by in a blur! And I’m already starting to feel a bit of panic about the year going by too fast.
