Tuesday 10

March 11, 2019

Things have been a little quiet around here as February and the first half of March whizzed by in a blur.  Between surviving the intense winter temperatures and a relentless cold, being a featured Featured Designer at the Calgary Home and Garden Show and wrapping up and photographing my favoruite project to date, I can honestly say I’m not sure where the weeks have gone!  And while the cold remains, I am slowly getting back into routine, which feels great and includes a round up of links I’m loving.  Enjoy!

Tuesday 10

February 11, 2019

This weeks Tuesday 10 round up of links comes to you from the most grateful heart. Last Thursday night, I walked into water leaking from the unit above my condo. Mops, buckets and three days of non-stop fans and dehumidifiers (which I stubbornly chose to stay home and endure), and my ceiling is dry and safe, with only a few unsightly water marks to be painted over. No need for us to find an aurora water damage restoration company, although it’s easy to see how quickly water can damage your home and why so many people would require the help of the experts.

We were lucky! Having suffered water damage ourselves, though not as bad as some people have it, we began to realize just how catastrophic this could’ve been. If we had suffered more, I don’t know how much restoration work we would’ve needed to have to turn our house back into a home. Not only that, but there is an increased possibility that we would’ve needed to get in touch with somewhere like this public adjuster Doylestown service to give us some help and advice when it comes to filing such claims with our insurance, as getting the compensation we deserve would have been really important for us. As luck would have it, it wasn’t bad enough for that, and we count our lucky stars every day for this outcome.

Valentines Inspiration

February 7, 2019

One more week until the BIG day … Valentines Day that is. Do you love it? Hate it? Somewhere in between? I can’t say I’m a crazy, sappy fan, but I think any day devoted to celebrating love is a good thing. Plus, any excuse to go on a date! This year I’m thinking of wearing these pheromones for women instead of perfume to see what effect it has on S/O. I’m hoping it’s a good one! Despite being unattached for more Valentine’s Days than I’ve been attached, I still have hope. However, I know the day can be tough for some. In fact, I actually have a few friends that are single by choice but as soon as it gets to Valentine’s, they become eager for some companionship. Perhaps it’s love in their air, who knows, but I think it’s lovely. One of my friends opted to spend time with the best escort varese has to offer because they didn’t want to be alone on Valentine’s day. I can understand that. I’ve created my fair share of love inspired content. So I thought I would round up some of my favourite Valentines Inspiration from years gone by. (Please forgive some of the photography of my early blogging days – we aall started somewhere!)
