There is no question that antique rugs are having a moment right now – personally I think we can thank Becki Owens and Amber Lewis. Both designers are known for adding antiques rugs to the spaces they design. Probably one of the reasons they are two of my favorite designers. I had the pleasure of hearing Amber speak earlier this year and her down to earth, SoCal vibe makes her all the more lovable. I love antique furniture, I’m always looking at sites like antiques world to check out new furniture I’d like to buy. But I digress, I’m talking about antique rugs today, I’ll save girl crushes for another day 😉
With Victoria Day Long Weekend (affectionately known as May Long) only a few days away, that signals to many of us Canucks time to get our outdoor spaces summer ready.
