It’s a lovely community just a 45 minute ferry ride from Manhattan. Described as having a Hampton’s like feel, families are moving from the city in favor of a quieter, suburban lifestyle.
There’s no denying modern farmhouse is having a moment in interior design, and rightfully so. Worn woods, clean lines and cozy details, what’s not to love.
