Spring is officially here and that means two things – pastels and Mini Eggs! Every year, I convince myself I’m putting out Mini Eggs as part of my Easter Decor and every year I devour them in mere moments. Why break with tradition? Here they are again this year!
I’m not going to lie, working on creative passion projects – a true joy and something I am so grateful for – can sometimes be a challenge. I come across so much inspiration, it can be far to easy to become distracted, see my post on my wandering spirit here, to understand more 😉 Case in point, the incredible decor in the office of Moscow based interior design firm A3. Worn woods mixed with retro and vintage pieces and let’s not forget the busts! I have a major case of office envy for this feature in my Inspired Interiors Series.
Patterned tile has been hot in interior design for the past few years, and isn’t showing any sign of letting up.
And honestly why would it when mosaic and patterned titles have been around for centuries and cement tiles have been used since 1850. A time honored tradition of using metal molds to hand pour tiles before being pressed and pigmented is still used. Creating gorgeous tiles, in which no two are alike.
