Happy Tuesday Friends! I for one am so excited for this week! The Calgary Stampede is over! Don’t get me wrong, I love the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth just as much as anyone else. But the events, the food, the drinks – it all get’s to be too much and I for one am craving a bit of detox. So this week will be filled with lots of water, tones of greens, and extra sleep.
