Kicking off the new week with a new collection of links from around the web. You’ll notice a theme around the Oscar’s in this week’s Tuesday 10. I couldn’t help myself! While I’ve only seen a handful of the films nominated and the nominations themselves left a lot to be desired in their lack of diversity, I was thrilled to see a foreign language film win for best picture! And I’d be lying if I didn’t say seeing Brad Pitt win, was just perfect 🙂
I’m kicking off 2020’s inspired interiors home tours with Anissa Zajac of the Design/Build company HouseSeven. Anissa and her husband, Brian, transformed their home in Indianapolis from a dark and dated space that was previous home to frat boys to one that is thoughtful, layered in texture and a cozy neutral palette. Which you know I love 🙂
And just like that the first month of 2020 is behind us. I like much of the internet felt like January lasted forever. But in the same breath I can’t believe it’s February!
As I flipped to a new month, I couldn’t help but feel like – okay, now it’s time to really get down to business. January offers a bit of a leeway to ease into things, but by February it’s time to get serious. So much so, I finally took down my Christmas tree this weekend! I had taken down the decorations at the start of January, but the light of the tree at night wasn’t something I was ready to part with. February’s arrival made it feel like it was time. Please tell me I’m not the only one!
